  1. Dictionary.com is my friend, but I miss looking things up in an old fashion Webster's. :)

  2. Something we always use, but take for granted... or is that granite or grand it... see this the need I was talking about. Welcome in the letter "D"... thank you!

  4. Me too, but I gotta admit, the online dictionaries provide good support.

  6. Well, if I'm on the computer, I'm going to just google the word. But if I'm not, I'm still going to turn to my Webster's Collegiate Dictionary. I have an old 1940's dictionary as well.

  7. I wrote about a dictionary today too. And I have a big, thick webster that is staying on my desk forever.

  9. Sometimes you just need a big fat dictionary to thumb through for a word. It's nice to know there's one on a bookshelf in my office!

  10. The little chick with her Easter bonnet is adorable. I wouldn't be without a dictionary, although I do use Google more and more. Happy Easter xxx

  12. I still love my dictionary and use it more than my computer one.
It seems if I am even one letter off it can't find the word ? So I like my dictionary.
Also your blog is not turning up on my page so I am catching up.

    cheers, parsnip

  13. Sadly, I can no longer see the small print even with my glasses. Thank goodness for e-readers and large print.
